We have 1:1, partner, and mobile personal training available.
In-person training located in Minneapolis or Minnetonka. If you choose mobile training,
we will come to you.
All active training clients receive a complimentary gym membership at one of our Minneapolis locations.

online coaching
Online coaching is great for members that are self-motivated but need a guideline to follow. All coaching happens virtually, so busy members will
benefit from this training style.
Online coaching starts with an initial orientation where we will discuss your health and wellness goals and put a plan in place in order to see results. This will include workout programs and nutritional advice based on your needs. We will have weekly check-ins to be sure that we are staying on track and adjusting if needed.

We have specific trainers that are certified in nutrition and can help you reach your goals by giving you SUSTAINABLE guidance to make small changes that will last. Our nutritional coaching is designed to create a lifestyle change- not a quick fix. After your free consultation, you will have an onboarding meeting to discuss what you want out of Nutritional Coaching. We will then organize a plan for you that works for you and your lifestyle. You will have weekly check-ins with your coach, but they will be available to you 24/7 with any quick nutrition questions you may have. We will be with you every step of the way to make you a healthier and happier YOU!
